Termination Date

Termination Date. The date on which the Participant's employment with all Company Entities is terminated. For purposes of determining whether a Participant has terminated employment, the employment of a Participant shall not be deemed to have been terminated due to a transfer between Company Entities or because of such Participant's absence from active employment on account of temporary illness or during authorized vacation or during temporary leaves of absence granted by the Company for reasons of professional... advancement, education, health or government service, or during military leave for any period if the Participant returns to active employment within 90 days after the termination of such Participant's military leave, or during any period required to be treated as a leave of absence by virtue of any valid law or agreement. Termination Date. The meaning given to such term in the Services Agreement

Termination Date. Means five (5) years from the Date.

Termination Date. Means the date on which your performance of services for the Company (or any affiliate) in the capacity of an employee, a non-employee member of the Board or a consultant cease.

Termination Date. With respect to a Participant means the date on which the Participant incurs a Separation from Service by reason of a Qualifying Termination.
