Example Definitions of "Termination Date"
Termination Date. ‘Termination Date' means the date on which all Obligations have been paid in full in cash, all Letters of Credit have been terminated or expired (or have been Cash Collateralized), all Rate Protection Agreements and all other Bank Products arrangements have been terminated and all Commitments shall have terminated or expired.
