Termination Date

Termination Date. Means the earlier of (a) the Stated Maturity Date; or (b) the date on which the Commitment is terminated and the Loan becomes due and payable pursuant to Section 9.1 of this Agreement.

Termination Date. Shall mean the three (3) year anniversary of the date of this Warrant.

Termination Date. Means January 31, 2005. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CNB may, at its option, terminate this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.3; the date of any such termination will become the Termination Date as that term is used in this Agreement.

Termination Date. Means the date three (3) months after the termination of the Participant's Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant or such later or earlier date specified in or determined in accordance with the Award prior to which an Award may be exercised.

Termination Date. Means the date three (3) months after the termination of the Optionee's Continuous Status as an Employee, Director or Consultant or such later or earlier date specified in or determined in accordance with the Option Agreement prior to which an Option may be exercised.

Termination Date. Shall mean the date a Terminated Participant's employment with the Company and/or a Subsidiary is terminated as described in Section 5 below.

Termination Date. Means (i) if a Participant's employment is terminated by the Company for Cause, or by a Participant for Good Reason, the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be, and (ii) if a Participant's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause, the Termination Date shall be the date on which the Company notifies Participant of such termination. 4

Termination Date. Means the date of termination of a Participant's service on the Board for any reason, as determined by the Administrator in its discretion.

Termination Date. The date on which an Eligible Executive has a termination of employment from the Company.

Termination Date. The term "Termination Date" means the later of the date on which Executive's employment with STERIS terminates or the date on which Executive is determined to have a "separation from service," as such phrase is defined for purposes of Section 409A, with respect to STERIS.
