Termination Date

Termination Date. The earlier of (i) the date that is one year after the Effective Date, or (ii) the Tranche Closing Date on which the sum of the aggregate Tranche Purchase Price for all Tranche Shares equals the Maximum Placement

Termination Date. The meaning given to it in the Preamble.

Termination Date. June 24, 2005. If such day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day shall be the Termination Date.
