Termination Date

Termination Date. The date on which Wolstein's employment with DDR and its Subsidiaries terminates.

Termination Date. The date on which Hurwitz's employment with DDR and its Subsidiaries terminates.

Termination Date. The effective date of any notice of termination delivered by one party to the other hereunder (so long as such date coincides with or is subsequent to the delivery date of such notice).
