Termination Date

Termination Date. Shall be established in a manner consistent with the provisions of Treas. Reg. § 1.409A-1(h)(1), such that Executive's "termination date" is the date of his "separation from service" with Interpublic (within the meaning of Section 409A(a)(2)(A)(i))

Termination Date. The date on which Executive's employment with the Company terminates, as specified in the Termination Notice.
