Termination Date
Termination Date. (j) "Termination Date" means the earlier of the date of Executive's or the Trust's written notice terminating Executive's employment with the Trust, unless such notice shall specify an effective date of termination occurring later than the date of such notice, in which case such specified effective date shall govern.
