Territory

Territory. Japan, Taiwan, S. Korea and future markets as may be agreed to between the Parties by separate written agreement from time-to-time. The Parties agree that Mannatech will have right of first refusal to licensing Water Technology for use in skin care products for the network marketing and direct selling industry in those non-licensed countries in which Mannatech currently sells its products.
