Total Shareholder Return. The number derived using the following formula: (End Stock Price – Beginning Stock Price) + Cumulative Dividends Beginning Stock Price

Total Shareholder Return. A company's total shareholder return, calculated based on stock price appreciation during a specified measurement period plus the value of dividends paid on such stock during the measurement period (which shall be deemed to have been reinvested in the underlying company's stock effective the "ex-dividend" date based on the closing price for such company for purposes of measuring TSR).

Total Shareholder Return. Total Shareholder Return. Total Shareholder Return. Total Shareholder Return. That percentage which reflects the increase or decrease in the average closing trading price of the Company's or a Peer Company's primary common equity security (assuming reinvestment of any dividends) between the last 10 trading days of one Calendar Year and the last 10 trading days of the next Calendar Year, or as applicable, the average of such yearly increases or decreases.
