Total Shareholder Return. For each of the Company and the Peer Companies, the company's total shareholder return, which will be calculated by dividing (i) the Closing Average Share Value by (ii) the Opening Average Share Value, and then subtracting one (1).
Total Shareholder Return. The compound annual total rate of return on the Company's common stock or the compound annual total rate of return of the NASDAQ Composite Index, as applicable, assuming the reinvestment of dividends (stock price appreciation assuming dividend reinvestments, with such dividend reinvestments calculated based on same-day reinvestment into the common stock on the ex-dividend date) for a specified Performance Period, based on the calculation methodology described herein.
