Total Shareholder Return

Total Shareholder Return. The ratio of (A) a company's share price as of the last trading day of a Measurement Period (determined using the average closing share price over the 30 preceding trading days) plus earned dividends per share during the Measurement Period, over (B) the company's share price as of the first trading day of a Measurement Period (determined using the average closing share price over the 30 preceding trading days). Dividends are assumed earned and reinvested on the ex-dividend date.

Total Shareholder Return. With respect to any calendar year, the total percentage return per Common Share based on the Fair Market Value on the last day of the preceding calendar year compared to the Fair Market Value on the last day of such calendar year and assuming contemporaneous reinvestment in Common Shares of all dividends and other distributions at the Fair Market Value on the date such dividend or other distribution was paid.

Total Shareholder Return. A company's total shareholder return, calculated based on stock price appreciation during a specified period plus the value of dividends paid on such stock during the period.

Total Shareholder Return. Total Shareholder Return. Means the result (positive or negative) of the following formula (expressed as a percentage): (A – B)/B; where "A" equals the Closing Stock Price, and "B" equals the Opening Stock Price.

Total Shareholder Return. The Corporation's total shareholder return, including reinvestment of dividends, as compared to the total shareholder return, including reinvestment of dividends, of each of the members of the Peer Group. Total Shareholder Return.
