Trademark

Trademark. Is the name as set forth on Exhibit A.

Trademark. Means the trademarks owned by or licensed to GenMark, under which GenMark sells Products.

Trademark. Means the trademark pending application SYNTOCINON ########* in the Unites States as provided in Schedule A and any other marks now in existence incorporating such term and used in the Territory, including all goodwill associated therewith.

Trademark. Shall mean any trademark used by the Parties in connection with a Licensed Product, other than the Parties' trade names and trademarks used by the Parties to identify their companies generally.

Trademark.
