Trading Day. A day on which the Toronto Stock Exchange is open for trading.
Trading Day. Means a day during which trading in the Ordinary Shares generally occurs.
Trading Day. Any day on which the Common Stock is traded on the primary national or regional stock exchange on which the Common Stock is listed, or if not so listed, the OTC Bulletin Board, if quoted thereon, is open for the transaction of business.
