Trading Day

Trading Day. Means a day on which the Common Stock is traded on Principal Trading Market.

Trading Day. A day on which the Nasdaq Stock Market is open for trading

Trading Day. Trading Day. Means any day on which the Common Stock is traded on the Trading Market, or, if there is no Trading Market, any Business Day.

Trading Day. Trading Day. Shall mean any Business Day in which the OTC Bulletin Board, National Market or other automated quotation system or exchange on which the Common Stock is then traded is open for trading for at least four hours.
