Example Definitions of "Trading Market"
Trading Market. The principal national securities exchange on which the Common Units are or will be listed or admitted to trading, as determined by the Board of Directors.
Trading Market. Whichever of the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE MKT, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market or the OTCQB Marketplace maintained by the OTC Markets, Inc. on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question.
Trading Market. Means the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or a similar national securities exchange.
Trading Market. Means any of the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE MKT, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market, the OTCBB, the OTCQB, the OTCQX or any other market on which the Common Stock of the Company is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question.
Trading Market. The Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE American or any of their respective successor markets
Trading Market. Whichever of the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Capital Market or the OTC Bulletin Board, the OTCQX Marketplace or the OTCQB Marketplace operated by the OTC Markets Group Inc. on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question
Trading Market. The principal national securities exchange in the United States on which Registrable Securities are (or are to be) listed
Trading Market. The meaning set forth in the Purchase Agreement
Trading Market. Any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the U.S. OTC Markets, the NYSE-MKT, the NASDAQ Capital Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, Toronto Stock Exchange or the TSX Venture Exchange (or any successors thereof)
Trading Market. Means the principal national securities exchange on which the Ordinary Shares are listed.
