Example Definitions of "Trading Market"
Trading Market. Whichever of the OTCQB, OTCQX, Pink Sheets electronic quotation system or other trading market on which the Common Stock is listed for trading on the date in question.
Trading Market. The OTCQB tier of the OTC Markets; provided, that if the Common Stock ceases to be listed thereon, "Trading Market" shall mean (i) any other securities market or exchange on which the Common Stock is principally listed or quoted for trading on the date in question, including the NYSE MKT, the NASDAQ Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market or the Nasdaq Global Select Market (or any successors to any of the foregoing) or (ii) if the Common Stock is not then listed or quoted for trading on any... such securities market or exchange and if prices for the Common Stock are then reported in the "Pink Sheets," OTC Markets, Inc. Trading Market. Shall mean the Nasdaq Capital Market, Nasdaq Global Market or New York Stock Exchange to the extent that the shares of Common Stock are then listed on such exchange, as applicable.
Trading Market. Means the OTCQB market of the OTC-Markets.
Trading Market. The principal securities exchange or securities market, including an over-the-counter market, on which the Common Stock is then traded in the United States.
Trading Market. The principal market on which the Common Stock is traded; provided, that if the Common Stock is listed on any of the following markets or exchanges, such market shall be the Trading Market: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing)
Trading Market. The first listed of any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board, the OTCQB, or the OTCQX (or any successors to any of the foregoing).
