Example Definitions of "Trading Market"
Trading Market. Any of the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE AMEX, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market, the OTCBB or any other market on which the Common Shares are listed or quoted for trading on the date in question
Trading Market. The following markets or exchanges on which the Shares are listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: The Over The Counter Bulletin Board, the PinkSheets, OTCPink , the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, the Nasdaq National Market, the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, or any other securities exchange registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
Trading Market. Means any market or exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question, which may be, without limitation, the NYSE MKT, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the OTCQX, the OTCQB, the OTC Bulletin Board or OTC Link (formerly Pink Sheets) (or any successors to any of the foregoing)
Trading Market. Means the principal national securities exchange in the United States on which the Common Units are listed or quoted for trading on the date in question.
Trading Market. Means NYSE MKT
Trading Market. Means the OTC Bulletin Board or the Pink Sheets, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market, the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE Amex or any of the markets operated by the OTC Markets Group, Inc., or any successor markets thereto.
Trading Market. Means The NASDAQ Global Select Market or any other primary Eligible Market or national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or quoted.
Trading Market. The TSX Venture Exchange, the NASDAQ capital market or another national securities exchange (as defined in Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended) on which the Company's Common Stock may be listed, or, if the Company's Common Stock is not then listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, the NASDAQ capital market or a national securities exchange, then such exchange or quotation system on which the Common Stock then primarily trades.
Trading Market. Whichever of the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Amex Equities, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market, the NASDAQ Capital Market or OTC Bulletin Board on which the Ordinary Shares arelisted or quoted for trading on the date in question.
Trading Market. The Principal Market, the NYSE American LLC, The NASDAQ Global Select Market, The NASDAQ Global Market, The New York Stock Exchange, Inc., the OTCQX or the OTCQB (or any successor entities)
