Example Definitions of "Transaction Documents"
Transaction Documents. Has the meaning given to that term in the Loan Agreement.
Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty and all other agreements or documents executed in connection therewith.
Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement and all other agreements, documents, forms, confirmations and other writings entered into or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Transactions, including, but not limited to those set forth on Exhibit A hereto.
Transaction Documents. Means, individually or collectively, the Subscription Agreements, this Certificate of Designations, and each other instrument statement or certificate given in writing in connection herewith or therewith.
