Transaction Documents. Collectively, this Agreement, the Regular Purchase Notices (as same may be delivered from time to time to the Investor by the Company), the schedules and exhibits hereto, and each of the other agreements, documents, certificates and instruments entered into or furnished by the parties hereto in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby
