Example Definitions of "Transaction Documents"
Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Notes, the Risk Premium Agreement and the Security Agreement, together with all other documents, agreements or instruments executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.
Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement and the Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement.
Transaction Documents. Means this Note and the Purchase Agreement relating to this Note
Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement and the Investor Rights Agreement.
