Transaction Documents. This Agreement, the Notes, and the Release Approval.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean this Agreement and the Notes.

Means the Purchase Agreement, the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated as of April 30, 2018 by and among Tenium Therapeutics, Inc., Inhibrx, LP, and each of the other parties identified therein, and the Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement dated as of April 30, 2018 by and among the Company and the Key Holders identified therein.
