Transaction Documents

Transaction Documents. Means any ancillary contracts, agreements or other documents that are to be entered into in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Partnership Agreement and the Master Agreement.

Transaction Documents. Shall mean the Purchase Agreement, the Second Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of the Company, dated as of the date hereof, and the Exclusive Right to Lease Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the Company and the Guaranteed Party.

Transaction Documents. Means this Agreement, the Debenture, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Voting Agreement and any documents executed by the parties in connection herewith.
