Transfer

Transfer. Means to sell, assign, convey, transfer, mortgage, encumber, grant a security or other interest in, pledge or otherwise dispose of, or where used as a noun, a sale, assignment, conveyance, transfer, mortgage, encumbrance, lien, grant of a security or other interest in, pledge or other disposition.

Transfer. Means in all its forms, any sale, lease, assignment, spin-off, transfer, or other conveyance of a direct or indirect legal or beneficial interest.

Transfer. Shall have the meaning assigned in the LLC Agreement, and shall have a corresponding meaning as applied to Acquiror Stock, Acquiror Interim Preferred Stock and Common Equity Units.
