Trust

Example Definitions of "Trust"
Trust. Means any trust of which any of Noam Gottesman, Pierre Lagrange, and Emmanuel Roman is the settlor or of which any of them and/or any of the members of their family are beneficiaries, including the Gottesman GLG Trust, the Lagrange GLG Trust and the Roman GLG Trust.
Trust. The trust created by the Original Agreement, as amended hereby and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
Trust. Has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Trust. Shall mean the trust, if any, between the Company and the trustee named in the applicable trust agreement, as amended from time to time, which by its terms is established or maintained in connection with the Plan.

Trust. The Trust is a so-called "rabbi trust" the assets of which are at all times subject to the claims of Belo's general creditors.
Trust. Shall mean that certain trust having a term of thirty (30) months established pursuant to a trust agreement between MGM Mirage, the Division of Gaming Enforcement (the "Division"), and James R. Zazzali, an individual.
Trust. The grantor trust established by the Company to set aside amounts to pay amounts due to the Key Employees under this Plan.
