Example Definitions of "Trust"
Trust. Shall mean the Trust established and maintained pursuant to the terms of subsection (a) of Section 8 hereof.

Trust. Trust. Any trust established or maintained by the Company in connection with an employee benefit plan of the Company (including the Plan) under which current or former employees of the Company constitute the principal beneficiaries.
