Trust

Trust. Shall mean any trust or trusts established or designated by the Company pursuant to Section 5(a) to hold assets in connection with the Plan.

Trust. Shall mean the trust to be established under the Trust Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Trust. Refers to the Massachusetts business trust established under the Declaration of Trust;

Trust. Any trust (or trusts) that the Bank or a Participating Employer may establish at any time or from time to time to assist in meeting the obligations arising under this Plan

Trust. Means BRT Realty Trust, a Massachusetts Business Trust.

Trust. The trust established by A. H. Belo to provide for the payment of Restoration Benefits. The Trust is a so-called "rabbi trust" the assets of which are at all times subject to the claims of the general creditors of A. H. Belo and the A. H. Belo subsidiaries

Trust. Has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Trust. Means one or more trust funds established for the purpose of (i) providing a source from which to pay benefits under the Plan and (ii) purchasing and holding assets, including shares of Common Stock. Any such trust funds shall be subject to the claims of the Company's creditors in the event of the Company's insolvency, though such trust funds may not necessarily hold sufficient assets to satisfy all of the benefits to be provided under the Plan.

Trust. Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust

Trust. The trust formed hereunder
