Trustee

Example Definitions of "Trustee"
Trustee. Means the trustee or successor in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Indenture.
Trustee. Means the trustee appointed by the Company's Board of Directors and/or by the Committee to hold the Awards and approved by the ITA.
Trustee. Shall mean The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, as trustee, or any successor thereto.
