Example Definitions of "Trustee"
Trustee. Means Banker's Life, or any successor trustee named to succeed such Trustee under the terms of the Trust Agreement established in connection with this Plan.
Trustee. Means Todd R. Weinblatt or such successor trustee as shall be appointed by the Committee pursuant to Section 19 hereof.
Trustee. Means Robert M. Kennedy or such successor trustee as shall be appointed by the Committee pursuant to Section 19 hereof.
