Trustee

Trustee. Means Banker's Life, or any successor trustee named to succeed such Trustee under the terms of the Trust Agreement established in connection with this Plan.

Trustee. Means Todd R. Weinblatt or such successor trustee as shall be appointed by the Committee pursuant to Section 19 hereof.

Trustee. Means Robert M. Kennedy or such successor trustee as shall be appointed by the Committee pursuant to Section 19 hereof.

Trustee. The Trustee accepts the provisions of this First Supplemental Indenture, but only upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Indenture as amended by this First Supplemental Indenture. The recitals and statements herein are deemed to be those of the Purchaser and not of the Trustee. The Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this First Supplemental Indenture.

Trustee. Shall mean the trustee(s) of the Trust(s).

Trustee. Means any person or entity appointed by the Company, any of its Parents or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable and approved by the ITA, to serve as a trustee, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 102(a) of the Ordinance. 19

Trustee. Means Wells Fargo Corporate Trust, the trustee under the Indenture.

Trustee. Means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, the trustee under the Indenture. -5-

Trustee. Means Bank of New York Corporate Trust Company, N.A.

Trustee. Shall mean the trustee or trustees of the Trust.
