Example Definitions of "Trustee"
Trustee. Subject to the mitigation provisions of this Section 4.2, the Trustee shall pay to Employee out of the Trust one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount originally deposited in the Trust on the first day of the seventh month following the Termination Event.
Trustee. Means The Bank of New York, in its capacity as trustee for the holders of the Senior Secured Notes and Senior Subordinated Notes.
