Underlying Shares

Example Definitions of "Underlying Shares"
Underlying Shares. Shall mean the shares of Stock received upon exercise of an Option and any other shares of Stock received by virtue of the Stock received upon exercise of an Option
Underlying Shares. The aggregate number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant, as set forth in Section 2.3 to this Warrant, and as adjusted pursuant to Section 3 of this Warrant
Underlying Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock and the related Preferred Share Purchase Rights issued or issuable upon conversion of the Note.
Underlying Shares. The shares of Common Stock issued and issuable upon conversion or redemption of the New Debentures.
