Underlying Shares

Example Definitions of "Underlying Shares"
Underlying Shares. Means shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion in full of the Debentures and exercise in full of the Warrants.
Underlying Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock into which this Debenture is convertible.
Underlying Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock which are issuable upon exercise of this Warrant.
Underlying Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Shares and Dividend Shares.

Underlying Shares. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement.
