Underlying Shares

Example Definitions of "Underlying Shares"
Underlying Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued and issuable upon conversion of the New Note and upon exercise of the Additional Warrants.
Underlying Shares. Means all shares underlying the Preferred Shares, including the shares of Common Stock
Underlying Shares. Warrant Shares and the shares of Common Stock issued and issuable upon conversion of the Notes
Underlying Shares. Means the shares of Common Stock issued and issuable upon conversion or redemption of the Preferred Stock.
Underlying Shares. Shall mean the shares of Common Stock into which this Debenture is convertible.

Underlying Shares. Shares issued or to be issued upon exercise of Granted Awards, all in accordance with the Plan.
