Unit

Unit. Shall mean 0.5 ml of rhPDGF-BB and 0.5 cc's of Beta-TCP at the concentration set forth in Exhibit B or if another carrier is used, the appropriate amount of that carrier.

Unit. Means the shares of Preferred Stock and Warrants issued to each of the Purchasers pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
