Example Definitions of "Unit"
Unit. Means, with respect to the Initial Product, a single tablet of the Initial Product, and, with respect to other Products, such unit as the Parties establish pursuant to Section 6.4 of this Agreement.
Unit. A common unit of interest in the Company as defined in the Operating Agreement, or, in the event of a Trigger Event, means a share of common stock of the resulting corporation
