Unit

Unit. Means, with respect to the Initial Product, a single tablet of the Initial Product, and, with respect to other Products, such unit as the Parties establish pursuant to Section 6.4 of this Agreement.

Unit. A common unit of interest in the Company as defined in the Operating Agreement, or, in the event of a Trigger Event, means a share of common stock of the resulting corporation

Unit. Means a portion of the Membership Interest in the Company held by a Member as set forth in the Operating Agreement of the Company.

Unit. For purposes of this Agreement one Unit represent one Metric Ton.

Unit. One (1) Underlying Common Share and one-half (1/2) of one Share Purchase Warrant issuable upon the exchange of the Subscription Receipt in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Subscription Receipt Agreement

Unit. The right to receive in cash the Unit Value of one Unit at the time or times and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Plan

Unit. Means a stock equivalent unit used to determine the amount of an award under the Plan. The value of a Unit shall be determined for purposes of calculating the benefits payable under the Plan at any relevant time by subtracting the Threshold Value applicable to such Unit as set forth in the Award Agreement from the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the Vesting Date (as defined below).

Unit. Means a Unit of the Partnership.
