Unit

Unit. Means a common unit of the Partnership.

Unit. One (1) unit, issuable on conversion of a Special Warrant, consisting of one (1) Unit Share and one (1) Unit Warrant

Unit. A notional unit which is equivalent to a single share of Common Stock on the Grant Date, subject to Section 8(a)
