Updates

Updates. Shall mean revisions to and new versions of the Software made generally available to all of AgencyPort's customers.

Updates. Means bug fixes, modifications, variations, or enhancements made to the Licensor's Licensed Products without a significant change in the functionality of the Licensor's Licensed Products, the packaging (other than to indicate a change in the version number to the right of the decimal point).

Means any enhancements and modifications including, but not limited to, error corrections to any program or data file including any documentation associated therewith and any Intellectual Property embodied therein developed by or for ARM from time to time and which ARM releases generally to the market.

Shall mean versions of the Software, including version patches, subsequently released to the public for the purpose of correcting errors and fixing software bugs that Supplier generally makes available to its customers free of charge. "Updates" does not include subsequent versions of the Software that contain new features or functionality, or which are considered a new software product.

Means all modifications of the Licensed Software developed by AJI or its licensors (or any person to whom the Licensed Software is licensed or transferred for the purpose in either case of developing a natural-language based question answering service with substantially the same target audience as that of the Ask Jeeves Website, as defined in the DLA) during the term of the Agreement as part of the agreed list of Updates pursuant to Section 4.8 below or otherwise, to correct errors, add... functionality or improve performance, and any revisions of the Documentation and Japanese Knowledge Base. Updates. Means the modifications, new versions, new releases and enhancements, and of all bug fixes of the AJ Assets whether to correct errors, add functionality, improve performance or otherwise, and any revisions of the Documentation.
