Updates

Updates. Shall mean any releases, revisions, modifications, additions and enhancements, including upgrades and/or the addition of any new features, to the Licensed Technology that are designed by Sonics and made available to any other licensee.

Updates. Means a subsequent release of Software which VERITAS makes generally available to End Users who have current subscriptions to Support for the Software. Updates may include error corrections and enhancements, but shall not include any release, option or future product which VERITAS licenses separately.

Updates. Mean error corrections, enhancements, modifications, and new releases to the Licensor Software and Documentation, including Natural Successors.
