Example Definitions of "Valuation Date"
Valuation Date. Each of (i) the Initial Valuation Date; (ii) the last business day of each calendar quarter after the Initial Valuation Date until all Award Class B Units have either become Earned Class B Units or have been forfeited pursuant to Section 4 of this Agreement and (iii) the date of a Change of Control if any of the Award Class B Units have not yet become Earned Class B Units for any reason
Valuation Date. The date of the Director's Separation from Service.
Valuation Date. The close of business on the last business day of each calendar quarter and, in the case of any final distribution from a Participant's Deferred Cash Account, the day preceding such distribution.
