Example Definitions of "Valuation Date"
Valuation Date. Shall mean the close of business on the last business day of each calendar quarter; provided however, that in the case of termination of service for any reason, the Valuation Date shall mean the close of business on the date of termination.
Valuation Date. With respect to any Restricted Shares award hereunder means the date designated in the Restricted Shares Agreement with respect to each Award of Restricted Shares pursuant to paragraph 7A hereof.

Valuation Date. Means the last day of any calendar year (or such other date or dates as the Plan Administrator may specify from time to time).
