Valuation Date. The last day of the Plan Year and may include any other date or dates deemed necessary or appropriate by the Administrator for the valuation of the Participants' accounts during the Plan Year, which may include any day that the Trustee, any transfer agent appointed by the Trustee or the Employer or any stock exchange used by such agent, are open for business.
Valuation Date. For the purpose of Section 6 or 7, the date on which Director's Fees or Dividend Equivalents are converted into Stock Units pursuant to Section 6 or 7 and, for purposes of Section 8, the last trading day of the month preceding the month in which Stock Units are converted into cash for purposes of Section 8
