Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Shall mean the relevant date on which Free Shares are vested, as specified by the Committee and the French Participants are entitled to receive the shares of Common Stock of the Company underlying the Free Shares. Vesting Date. With respect to a particular Award, the date on which the Award vests in whole or in part.

Vesting Date. The earliest of the date or events described in Paragraphs 3(a)-3(d)

Vesting Date. Means the applicable Vesting Date specified in the Grant Notice. In addition, certain other terms used herein have definitions given to them in the first place in which they are used.

Vesting Date. The next business day following an Achievement Date
