Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Means each vesting date relating to the Service Condition set forth in the Notice.

Vesting Date. A date upon which the restrictions contained in Section 3 of this Agreement lapse with respect to any portion of the Shares (but only with respect to the Shares vested at such Vesting Date), which date shall be determined in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement

Vesting Date. The date on which the Note is converted; provided, however, if the Note is converted in part, the Vesting Date shall apply to the corresponding portion of this Warrant. For example, if the holder of the Note converts 50% of the principal amount of the Note on a particular date, then from and after that date through the Expiration Date, the Holder of this Warrant may exercise this Warrant to purchase up to 50% of the Warrant Shares

Vesting Date. The term "Vesting Date" shall mean the date on which the shares of Common Stock underlying the French Restricted Stock Units become non-forfeitable. The Committee may provide in the applicable statement that shares of Common Stock underlying the French Restricted Stock Units will be issued only at a date (the "Settlement Date") occurring on or after the Vesting Date. Prior to the Vesting Date, the French Restricted Stock Units shall remain subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture.

Vesting Date. The one-year anniversary of the Grant Date, or such other date as specified by the Board

Vesting Date. With respect to a Unit, the date specified in the Award Certificate pertaining to such Unit on which the Unit Value of such Unit shall become payable (subject to any conditions that may be specified in the Award Certificate) to the Participant holding such Unit, provided that the Participant did not incur a Termination of Service at any time after the Grant Date and before the Vesting Date of such Unit that was not otherwise permitted under the terms of this Plan

Vesting Date. With respect to any Restricted Shares awarded hereunder means the date when such Restricted Shares shall become unconditionally vested as designated by the Board at the time Restricted Shares are awarded pursuant to Section 2 hereof.

Vesting Date. The date which is the third annual anniversary of the Grant Date, provided that the Employee has been continually employed with the Company Group from the Grant Date through such third annual anniversary.

Vesting Date. The earlier of: (i) the date of Grantee's termination of employment by reason of death or disability, and (ii) the date set as upon which the Restricted Stock shall vest

Vesting Date. The date set as a vesting date pursuant to Paragraph 2 hereof, or such earlier vesting date as is otherwise provided herein.
