Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Each date on which you acquire a non-forfeitable right in a Stock Unit as reflected in Section 2

Vesting Date. The vesting date set forth in the Award Notice.

Vesting Date. The Effective Date with respect to fifty percent (50%) of the Award (the "Initial Vesting Date"), the first anniversary of the Effective Date with respect to twenty-five percent (25%) of the Award and the second anniversary of the Effective Date with respect to the remaining twenty-five percent (25%) of the Award (the "Final Vesting Date").

Vesting Date. Each of December 31, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Vesting Date. December 31 of each Plan Year.

Vesting Date. The date on which, provided the conditions, if any, stated in the applicable Award agreement have been satisfied or lapsed, the Participant acquires a definitive right to the transfer of the ownership of the Share underlying the Award.

Vesting Date. Means any date on which an RSU becomes fully vested pursuant to Section 5 hereof and ceases to be subject to the Restrictions.

Vesting Date. Shall mean _________, 20__. For purposes of clarity, Vesting Date (i.e., the date through which Participant must be continuously employed to receive a payout) to be specifically defined as the third anniversary of the Grant Date.

Vesting Date. An applicable Operational Incentive Vesting Date or Asset Sale Incentive Vesting Date

Vesting Date. Shall mean: (i) with respect to Time-Based RSUs, the date that the RSUs vest in accordance with subsection 2(b); and (ii) with respect Performance-Based RSUs, the date that the Committee makes an affirmative determination that the vesting criteria applicable to Performance-Based RSUs, as set forth in subsection 2(c)(i), (ii) or (ii), have or have not been met.
