Example Definitions of "Voluntary Termination"
Voluntary Termination. As defined in the Employment Agreement.
Voluntary Termination. Shall mean termination by Officer of Officer's employment with the Company, but shall not include constructive termination by the Company by reason of material breach of this Agreement by the Company. Voluntary Termination shall include a termination of Officer by the Company after its receipt of a notice of an otherwise Voluntary Termination from Officer.
Voluntary Termination. Termination of the employment by Mr. Cross by resignation upon 90 days written notice but shall not include resignation following a Change in Control (see subparagraph 1(e) below), or material breach of this Agreement (see subparagraph 1(e) below) or disability.
Voluntary Termination. Means Executive's resignation or voluntary termination of employment with the Company other than for Good Reason.
