Voluntary Termination

Example Definitions of "Voluntary Termination"
Voluntary Termination. The termination by Executive of Executive's employment following a Change in Control which is not the result for Good Reason.
Voluntary Termination. Means Optionee's termination of Optionee's employment with the Company or any Subsidiary for any reason, other than a Termination for Good Reason.
Voluntary Termination. The term "Voluntary Termination" shall mean termination elected by the Insured of his position as an Executive, but not resulting from of any of the events described in paragraphs 1.3 and 1.4 below.
Voluntary Termination. Shall be any termination of the Executive's employment with the Company other than an Involuntary Termination or a Termination for Cause.
Voluntary Termination. Means any termination of the Corporate Officer's employment with the Company other than an Involuntary Termination or a Termination for Cause.
Voluntary Termination. The termination by the Executive of his employment by the Company by voluntary resignation or any other means other than death, retirement or Permanent Disability.

Voluntary Termination. Shall mean any termination which is elected by the Employee. However, the term Voluntary Termination does not include a termination as a result of death, disability, or retirement pursuant to a retirement plan to which the Employee participated in prior to the Change of Control.
Voluntary Termination. Termination of employment by the Executive voluntarily as set forth in Section 7(d) of this Agreement.
