Voting Securities

Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. Means any securities of Company that vote generally in the election of Company directors.
Voting Securities. Means, with respect to any Person, any securities of such Person that are entitled to vote generally in the election of directors (or members of a comparable governing body) of such Person.
Voting Securities. Shall mean, with respect to any Person that is a corporation, all outstanding voting securities of such Person entitled to vote generally in the election of the board of directors of such Person.
Voting Securities. Shall mean the Common Stock and any other securities of ClearSign entitled to vote in the election of directors.
