Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. Shall mean the Company Shares and any other securities of the Company entitled to vote in the election of directors.
Voting Securities. Securities of a Person entitling the holder thereof to vote in the election of the members of the board of directors of such person or such governing body of such Person performing a similar principal governing function with respect to such Person.
Voting Securities. Means the ordinary shares and any other class of shares issued by the Company that entitles the record holder thereof to vote on any matter submitted for consent or approval of members generally under the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
