Voting Securities

Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. Means, as to a Person, securities of such Person having the right under ordinary circumstances to vote at an election of the Board of Directors (or other governing body).
Voting Securities. Means any Company securities that vote generally in director elections.
Voting Securities. Shall mean any securities the holders of which are then entitled to vote for the election of directors.
Voting Securities. Shall mean any securities of the Company having the power to vote, in the absence of contingencies, in the election of directors of the Company; provided that American Depositary Shares and the shares of Common Stock representing such American Depositary Shares shall not be double-counted for purposes of determining the number of Voting Securities. 3

For purposes of this Agreement, "Voting Securities" shall mean, with respect to the Corporation or any Subsidiary, any securities issued by the Corporation or such Subsidiary, respectively, which generally entitle the holder thereof to vote for the election of directors of the Corporation.
