Example Definitions of "Voting Securities"
Voting Securities. Any security which ordinarily possesses the power to vote in the election of the Board of Directors of the Employer without the happening of any precondition or contingency
Voting Securities. The term "Voting Securities" shall mean any securities of the Corporation that vote generally in the election of directors.
