Example Definitions of "Voting Shares"
Voting Shares. The securities of the Company entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of the Company.
Voting Shares. Any and all shares of Series A Stock, Series B Stock, Series C Stock, Common Stock and/or shares of other capital stock of the Company, by whatever name called, that carry voting rights (including voting rights which arise by reason of default), and includes any such shares now owned as of the date of this Agreement or subsequently acquired, however acquired, including as a result of stock splits and stock dividends
Voting Shares. Any and all Common Shares, Preference Shares and/or other shares in the capital of the Company, by whatever name called, that carry voting rights (including voting rights which arise by reason of default) and that are now owned or subsequently acquired by a Shareholder, however acquired, including without limitation shares acquired pursuant to share splits, share dividends, share consolidations, recapitalizations and other similar events affecting such shares
Voting Shares. (i) with respect to each Stockholder of Company, such Stockholder's Shares, not including Shares that are the subject of unexercised options, warrants, rights or convertible securities, and (ii) with respect to each Stockholder of Parent, such Stockholder's Shares, not including Shares that are the subject of unexercised options, warrants, rights or convertible securities
Voting Shares. Of a Person means shares of all classes of Capital Stock of such Person then outstanding and normally entitled (without regard to the occurrence of any contingency) to vote in the election of the board of directors of such Person.
Voting Shares. Means the outstanding shares of capital stock of SCST entitled to vote generally in the election of the directors.
