Example Definitions of "Voting Shares"
Voting Shares. Shall mean shares of Company voting securities, whether now owned or hereafter acquired
Voting Shares. Capital shares or capital stock of such Person which ordinarily has voting power for the election of directors (or Persons performing similar functions) of such Person, whether at all times or only so long as no senior class of securities has such voting power by reason of any contingency
Voting Shares. Means all securities of the Company that may be voted in the election of the Company's directors that are Beneficially Owned by such Party, including any and all securities of the Company acquired and held in such capacity subsequent to the date hereof.
Voting Shares. Means any securities of JIH entitled to vote in the election of directors of JIH Beneficially Owned by Stockholder
Voting Shares. Of a Person means capital shares of such Person of the class or classes pursuant to which the holders thereof have the general voting power to elect, or the general power to appoint, at least a majority of the board of directors, managers or trustees of such Person (irrespective of whether or not at the time capital shares of any other class or classes shall have or might have voting power by reason of the happening of any contingency).
Voting Shares. Means and includes any securities of the Company the holders of which are entitled to vote for members of the Board of Directors of the Company (including, without limitation, all shares of Common Stock) now owned or subsequently acquired by a Stockholder, however acquired, whether through stock splits, stock dividends, reclassifications, recapitalizations, similar events or otherwise.
