VWAP. The daily volume weighted average price (based on a Trading Day from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (New York time)) of the Common Stock on the Principal Trading Market as reported by Bloomberg Financial L.P. using the AQR function.
VWAP. VWAP. The 5-day volume-Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock quoted on the Principal Market over the five consecutive trading days.

VWAP.
