Warrant(s). Means any warrants to purchase Common Stock issued to CIGPF I Corp., Piper Jaffray & Co., Cherry Tree Companies, LLC, Gorman Charitable Trust, Goldman Sachs Specialty Lending Group, LP and Fortress Capital Corp. and any warrants to purchase Series A Preferred Stock issued to the PCP Investor.
Warrant(s). Means, the Series A warrants and Series B warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock issued to the Investors pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, the forms of which are attached to the Purchase Agreement as Exhibit B-1 and Exhibit B-2.
