Warrant(s). Has the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Warrant(s). Shall mean this Warrant, and all additional or new warrants issued upon transfer, division or combination of, or in substitution for, any thereof. All such additional or new warrants shall at all times be identical as to terms and conditions and date, except as to the number of Warrant Shares for which they may be exercised.
Warrant(s). Mean the Warrants to purchase Common Stock to be sold and issued pursuant to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
